A hotel with an amazing view. The only hitch is the location. It is quite far from the town and you need to depend on the hotel shuttle which is 3 times in a day or the local transport which is quite expensive.
The hotel also cancelled my wifi one day in advance just because I settled my bill

Was earlier Courtyard by Marriott, name changed from 1 April 2012.
Since Phuket is hot round the year, I wish the Swissotel had public areas (bars, restaurants) with airconditioning. But the resort has excellent processes and customer care; is very family-oriented; 2-bedroom apartments are superb value for money.
Though its not on the beach or on Main Street, the location is comfortable, with services like mini-market, laundry, massage, car and scooter hire - and even tailors! - just outside the entrance. Very good local food. Staff is well-trained, courteous, anticipative and attentive.
Well worth revisiting.

The Millenium , Phuket is all the way best in all aspects. Firstly, excellent location as just opposite to Bangla street, secondly direct access to Jungceylon Mall, and walking distance from the beach and most important for Indians , there are atleast 4 to 5 good Indian restaurants in surroundings. Breakfast in hotel was really really good experience for vegetarians which is rare in Thailand. There are something good for everyone. Being a pure vegetarian family , we never worried for anything else. Well furnished rooms , excellent toilets, large SOFA , very friendly and polite staff. My children really enjoyed long Tuk Tuk ride provided by hotel complimentary and they also enjoyed large brillianttly designed pool. Next time whenever I go PHUKET, I'll only stay at The Millenium Resort.
