"Great location, chic hotel"
Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 8, 2013
So, we had a great time in New York, thanks to a large part because the hotel was very well located and quite comfortable. We had a problem with the AC after which we finally moved to another room. Other than that, couldn't really find fault with the hotel. The staff is generally very kind and helpful (barring a few persons, which is always the case!). George & Christine, both deserve a special mention for taking prompt & positive actions. The Subway is very close by and so are many eateries. Its just 2 blocks from 5th avenue so there are loads of shopping options as well. I'd stay here again.
"Best deal for clean, compact stay"
Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 19, 2012
Everything was great about the hotel. Location cannot be better. Only hitch was that the phone in the room was non functional. Otherwise it was good all the way. Small, compact room, good to come back and sleep. Clean. Bathroom fittings were superb. No wardrobe, but we managed with the space near the table. All in all, a great deal.
