"The location of the hotel is excellent. It is about a one to two minute walk from the Murren BLM station. So, assuming that's how you're getting to town (from Interlaken - Lauterbrunnen), it's incredibly convenient. The hotel will send someone to pick you up from the station, however, if you require that. Customer service was very good and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed.
