When our first guest reached the property at Expedia address, they redirected them elsewhere. Even that took a while as the manager seems confused. Our guest had to spend an extra hour running around on ubers before they got a room. Fortunately, I could inform my other guests of the correct location so the pain...

"I had booked a Twin bed room. They did not give me that, instead they gave me a queen bed and an additional cot was added. Why? They said some cricket team extended their stay, to which I asked then why did you put up the twin bed room for booking? They did not have an answer to my query. Also the bedroom had many mosquitoes. I had to ask for an allout machine. The mosquitoes were roaming about in the lobby amd there the room the moment you open the door. It is simple their windows don't have...

"This property is not what it shows in photographs or lists its various amenities. There is no parking. There is no restaurant. The hotle is literally in a small road off the main road above a Bata shop. The towels were grey in colour instead of white. The whole hotel and room were stinking. The photograph is a lie. Really disappointed. We had to find another place to stay in Vijaywada. Please don't stay here if you are a couple or a family."
