"The hotel was awful. 1. Lobby was dark and dusty. 2. Room was musty 3. Floor laminate was peeling, Woodwork was rotting. 4. Bathroom fixtures were broken - water would pool all over the bathroom floor if we used the washbasin. Some lights didn't work. 5. Window panes were speckled with dirt/paint.
