"Had a very great experience. Dinner buffet was really good. Sector 17 was nearby so it was easy to do shopping."

"The JW Chandigarh was fabulous in terms of the room, cleanliness, food and amenities. However, for me what will always be a cherished memory was the hospitality and attentiveness of the dining room staff which made our stay truly memorable I would like to specially thank manager Anil, Shabiz ,Shivam & Jaideep . All in all , a fabulous stay."

"Excellent hotel to stay in sector 17 , nice views ***** Walking distance to main shopping market in sector 17 It’s known for best shopping in the union territory. The main thing I enjoyed was the underground entrance to the Asia’s largest and most famous Rose garden, it offers probably close to thousand different flowers.."

"Being a Le Corbusier new town venue, circa 1950, it reads at first like the strip development it was designed to be, but once inside it’s a pretty sophisticated hotel. Great staff. The food is very good, the bar is open and they do great things for those who would love a cocktail. I was very happy here. "

"Super hôtel bien situé à proximité des principaux lieux d'intérêts de Chandigarh. Les chambres sont confortables, j'ai pu me reposer à la perfection. Personnel agréable et serviable. + chai et jus au pied de l'hôtel"

Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. The walls had noticeable dirt marks, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. This was not the quality I expected, especially given what was...
