"I booked this stay for my parents and they had an extremely bad experience. They mentioned the staff really poor, when asked to provide towels, they said there are no more towels to give. The washroom toilet was leaking and stinking. Staff was very unprofessional. They had to ask them multiple times for anything. I feel really bad about the experience my parents had. Completely waste of money and huge disappointment. The rooms especially the bathroom was unhygienic and dirty. Never recommend it...
