"The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. There is NO door between the toilet and the room. The answer from the staff was: “The hotel in new, we didn’t had time to install it”. We did a reservation about 2 months in advance. As you may imagine, this is not very romantic. No compensation or room change was offered.
