"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"The place was great. Cleanly facilities and well stocked with all amenities. Ronald greeted us and was quite friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the airport, malls and food etc. However on the last night of our stay, there was a rather loud pool party with non - guests. I'm assuming it was friends & family of the owners. We werent informed and we were simply subjected to the loud music and the loud personalities of the other guests until maybe around 1am"

Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

There is no ATM on the property, so it’s best to get cash in town before arriving. Views were breathtaking, pools were great and restaurants were ok. "The hotel was recently sold to a new owner, who is putting money into badly needed renovations. But it’s a slow process, and the hotel still has a slightly rundown look to it. But that’s also just because it’s in the tropics. The hotel is mostly empty, which is a shame because it has the capacity for a lot more. The whole Spa area is basically closed, and the dining area for breakfast is basically a small alcove. But the pool is nice and it’s across the street from the

"Very simple rooms but just what we needed - clean, comfortable beds and powerful shower and the shared lounge and kitchen was a big bonus too. Only 5 minutes walking to the water, goat racing and Sunday school action in Buccoo but far enough away that the soul shattering bass doesn't disturb you at night if you don't feel like partying all the way until sunrise"
