"We will often times stay here when we go to concerts at VanAndel. It is a nice walk, as we are focused on daily steps, from the skybridget to the stadium and back. The hotel has that old time feel in the lobby and downstairs area, as well as in the older section versus the tower of the hotel...."

"Was greeted by Hotel receptionist with map and things to do for this 1st timer. Hotel Lobby Bar could of used a little light music. Bartender Jessica was a awesome girl to get to know and talk too. "The hotel was nice and close to everything we planned for our mini vacation. The only down side were the double beds instead of queen size beds but we managed it and had a great weekend in Grand Rapids. The Paul McCartney Concert was Awesome!"

"First room was very musty smelly, went to desk and was given different room immediately. Only thing somewhat unhappy about was that there was never anyone at desk in the lobby. Either had to call on phone on desk or just call out for someone."
