"Friendly staff."

"Very friendly welcome in nice refuge from the chaos of the city. "

"Excellent newly renovated Riad. Great location, beautifully done and personal touch of the owner. "

"Atika, the host, she’s extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the city, she’s like elder sister who takes good care of me and friend. We were the only guest there during the stay, we enjoyed the riad and her company. "

"Unfortunately Ayoub couldn’t contact me so we got very lost finding the entrance to the riad. Google maps was very unhelpful. I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport. They definitely try hard to get everything right for you which is admirable. I would stay here again as...

The attention to detail and a quality of craftsmanship in both rooms and public spaces is outstanding; the level of cleanliness is superb. I travel frequently and the kindness and courtesy of the multilingual staff is unsurpassed : I have never experienced better hospitality. We enjoyed the hamman and massage in the small but perfectly designed spa, and the delicious breakfasts were...

"They actually have a forced air conditioning/heater, so that was nice. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good, even though I didn't eat much. Area is convenient and quiet."

"The staff was very helpful"

"Really enjoyed a few days in this hotel, homely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. "

"Clean, courteous staff and good food."

"Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk to the old market and the university. The staff, especially Tariq, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided great insights into the area and places to visit. Keep in mind that the property is located in the medina at the end of a narrow alley, offering a truly authentic Moroccan neighborhood experience. It’s about a 3-5 minute walk from where a taxi would drop you off. Definitely worth returning for the experience and exceptional...

"Rooms were very clean, staff was amazing and breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"We loved our stay at Jardin. The staff were kind, warm and professional. Youseff, at front desk was helpful and accommodating. Our breakfast servers were always smiling and happy to serve. The meals were delicious, including dinners. Our room was bright and spacious and the bed so comfortable. The property was conveniently located in the medina and was on a quiet street. Thank you again for your hospitality. "
