"The staff are the one thing that this property should be proud of! They were excellent but the property itself is beyond basic . The room was dirty,bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on - rock hard and there was no hot water. It was hard to find and the taxi we took at the airport struggled - took over an hour at 2 in the morning and then we had to stop at another hotel who kindly took us there in their car. Lesson learned....."

"Clean room, flexible staff always willing to help out. They were able to place and remove rollaway beds daily clean rooms when we needed and even provided chairs for makeup when we needed. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The room design could have been better. We were in suite room and the door had to be closed to open the closet door every time.
