"I booked the place on Expedia without knowing or doing any research after long flight from Canada. It turned out to be a good choice. It is a safe place with very accommodating staff members. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with information. They have restaurant downstairs with excellent food options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. All staff members including security guards were very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. If only I had more time, I would have...

"The infrastructure is old, but what it lacks in infra Sterling Mac makes it up in amenities, service, food quality and location. The amenities in the room were top notch, the service - from the front desk to the restaurant - was amazing. Shout out to Mr. Murali in the restaurant for being an amazing host during our meals. The room is fully equipped. it has a kitchen with induction and water purifier, Study table, dining table, tv, ac and other stuff. you can order groceries and cook your own food. the best thing that i liked was the room service. Workers are so humble and caring. It's a safe location and feels like home. there is Bob's cafe within 100m. The food menu has limited varieties but it's pocket friendly."

"They don't keep your reservation when you arrive. They cancel themselves when you booked as pay at the property. My wife and daughter arrived in the evening. The reservation was cancelled. They had to find an alternative hotel in the night and that was also Treebo ( a nasty filthy cockroach democracy). Misery continued without any help from Treebo. Looked like this group is a scam."
