"Great rooms, very comfortable and immaculately clean as was the entire property. Staff super helpful and the room service meals were top quality. Close to many shops,cafes and the The Mall Road. A great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you."

"Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. You may get locked out if you are a late night player. Turns absolutely dark at night even the walkways and stairwells to the rooms, so keep a flashlight on hand. I give 2-3 stars, only for the...

"The room was extremely cold, TV did not work, wifi very bad, no hot water in the bathroom. I had to go to bed to get warm. The person at recreation in the afternoon was rude."

"The front desk was super gracious polite and helpful. They even gave free upgrade because bathroom of Scottish villa room wasn’t pristine clean. The property is very elegant for nature lover wanting peace and getaway from city crowd but still being inside the city. "
