"Superb stay. Really good location if you require quiet strolling around the area with various shops and conveniences nearby. Hotel is very well designed and interior is stylish and welcoming Rooms are spacious some with balconies which was a must for us. Food was tasty and fresh and service great. Attractions are nearby. Very enjoyable stay and definitely recommend. If only time allowed we would have extended the trip. "

"We just returned home from a 16 night stay in northern India. we stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The breakfast was one of the best, special shout out to the chef making omelettes, it was the best I had all trip! The staff really made my parents feel special as they were celebrating their 50th anniversary. The hotel seemed very popular with retired Brits, make of that what you will! "It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!"

"Very very bad experience and that too on the last day of the year. They were not ready to honour the web booking and were ready to give a written letter to that effect. Ultimately good sense prevailed and we checked in. Mediocre rooms and facilities. You must double check the properties and hotels before you put on your website."
