Normal check in time is 3 pm but Mitali Anil Singh gave us an early check in at 10 am which was very helpful as we were dealing with a heavy jet lag due to 10:30 hrs time difference which helped us to feel better and made our overall experience more pleasant and comfortable. "Great airport hotel. Walking distance to T1 terminal and if its raining you can take the buggy. Had a meal in rivea restaurant and it was amazing food and service. The rooms are spacious and modern. Ibwould highly recommend this hotel."

"No support, they declined the reservations and took significant time to sort out the issue. Initially asked to pay extra to do a fresh booking. Hotel team only confirmed its much over price I paid. Pathetic say, wont recommend any one for Parle Inn or Expedia any more in future. Room was also very bad and not matched as shown in photos."
