"Unfortunately Ayoub couldn’t contact me so we got very lost finding the entrance to the riad. Google maps was very unhelpful. I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport. They definitely try hard to get everything right for you which is admirable. I would stay here again as...

"We loved our stay at Jardin. The staff were kind, warm and professional. Youseff, at front desk was helpful and accommodating. Our breakfast servers were always smiling and happy to serve. The meals were delicious, including dinners. Our room was bright and spacious and the bed so comfortable. The property was conveniently located in the medina and was on a quiet street. "Great place and of great value. A place to stay in the heart of Medina-Fez. It is about 7min walk to The University of al-Qarawiyyin (Arabic: جامعة القرويين). Included breakfast is very good and my personal favourite and preference is that the toilet has Bidet (portable shower). Omar Fez, the manager, is very receptive, hospitable and available as needed.
