"Chambre familiale sans fenêtre avec cafards. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Mais l’environnement de l’hôtel est très délabré. Hôtel et quartier à éviter avec enfants."

"Worst ever I have seen a Hotel"

"Very bad place to stay. Customer service is Very bad. They rip you off asking more money even after a making a reservation online. They don't have water to drink and if we ask for water, it takes more than an hour. They don't have AC working. They don't provide free breakfast even after advertising in online. They charge for it and falsely advertised it online. Expedia should take it out from their list. They ask for cash for everything and don't give you receipt so there is no proof of anything...

"I wish I could give a zero star. The hotel location is very bad surrounded by bad area. They have mentioned they serve breakfast, but they dont even have kitchen. They got chole bhatura from outside and served. Please be careful while booking."

"Mosquitos and dirt everywhere, rudest customer service, no amenities, no clean bed sheets and towels. Dirty glasses. Reception guy has its own set of rules instead of following government norms"

"Our stay at New Hotel Prince Palace in Mumbai was extremely disappointing and completely misrepresented on the Hotels.com app. We reserved a room for three nights and paid upfront using Hotels.com vouchers, with the remaining balance of just over R1,500 paid on arrival. Upon check-in, hotel management stated that they do not accept pre-payment, despite our confirmed booking, and demanded that we pay the R1,500 again—resulting in us being charged twice. The hotel looks nothing like what is...

"Room is good and staff very good but due to Indian market condition the BMC is not supply water."

"I just have one word: AMAZING Everything was too top notch. So if you want to spoil yourself check in to Taj Mahal Palace!!!"

"Wonderful staff at reception Frank, Thombre driver, Ramlal etc. all of them. Was visiting for an eye procedure at the Insight Eye Clinic and this was extremely convinient. Outdoors is indias famous organized chaos due to its central location outside Dadar station. Inside is tranquil. Lots of food options in the three restaurants at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay here again if need arises. "

"It was like a terrible experience. Room stink with smoking smell...very hard to even breathe.....DONT BOOK FROM THIS HOTEL"
