Limited availability of reception staff at front desk. I have to leave without checkout. My friend did the checkout later on. Booked for three night but end up staying one night only. The remaining stay was not refunded. I booked through Expedia and no one from the hotel helped and said simply contact Expedia. I do not recommend this at all. "

"It is an amazingly clean and well maintained property that is well kept. The area is generally safe, even at 9 pm at night. The breakfast, as some other review has noted, was also exceptional. If there is any negative (and a very small one at that) is that autos are hard to find in the area. But an Ola or an Uber comes in seconds, and can take you either to the nearby train station of Kopar Khairane or even Vashi - making central Mumbai (CSMT) only approximately 1 hour away. Cannot recommend...
