"This is my 5th time staying at Fairmont Clock Tower Hotel. The staff and quality of service is elite! They always make sure my stay is pleasant and my needs are accomodated. I would like to mention that there is one employee that always goes above and beyond for my family to make sure we enjoy our trip. Thank you to Riyaz Hussain for always making us feel like we are home in Mecca."

"The hotel masjid outdoor terrace is amazing, worth the premium price for the calm exclusive environment needed for worship.This is the best hotel especially during high season Ramadan, food was delicious and plenty of choice of cuisine.Mocktails were my favourite. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.2 separate toilets in each 1 bedroom suites which is a bonus with multiple people in the room.One way to make this hotel better is to have at least 4 lifts completely private for Raffles hotel only accessed by the Raffles card and also a Raffles lift attendant making sure only Raffles guest use them this will help with the chaos of the queque’s for the lifts which are all shared by the other hotels in the building.There should be an exlusive lift which Raffles guest can access to get to the levels 3 and 4 where the food court is.You can be quequeing for upto 45minutes to get in the lift to get to the haram and food court.The actual lifts between Raffles hotel floors are very efficient and plentiful.All the staff are very polite and welcoming."

"Overall, good hotel. Very near to Masjid e Haram and that is biggest benefit. Rooms were not very small but not very big either. Booked for 6 but got only 4 beds. Staff was struggling to understand English and we do not speak Arabic well. Room was clean. Bathroom and toilet are together which meant water spilling though it could be style in Saudia anyways."
