"It’s an amazing property on the banks on the river Cauvery with good hospitality. "

"Location is good within city limits.. Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. Did not try Wi-Fi.. but it was available.. room service is good.. one gets tea, coffee and kettle .. enough space to put your luggage and hang clothes .. cafeteria has...

"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."

"The hotel did not have hot water on our day of arrival. Though we booked the hotel with a credit card on Expedia, the hotel was not able to accept card payments as they claimed that the network was not working. So we had to go out to an ATM 3 kms away and withdraw cash so that we could pay the bill. Altogether a most distressing experience. The only plus point was the location as the hotel was adjacent to the Brindavan Gardens and close to the Bird Sanctuary. Would not stay here...
