The place is dirty, the hallway is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, and the room we got smelled like cigarettes when we asked for it non-smoking. We paid 2 days and I only slept 1 of how disgusting everything was.

The guy at the front desk was super nice. I did not feel safe there though. Not a great area (I’m not from there so I didn’t know). Dead bolt didn’t work and due to my reason for traveling, I was not able to bring my gun.

This place did not look like it was in great condition and felt sketchy. The next morning, there were cops checking license plates in the lot. The pool were overgrown and swampy.

power went out for two hours whilst there, front of ac unit isn’t on all the way, door lock shifted and door wouldn’t lock until screwed back into place, room needed TLC The front desk lady was absolutely amazing though and had amazing customer service!

Upon arrival, the floor in the room was visibly dirty. I cleaned it. The chair by the desk had dirt in it and the card with the tv channel information had old food that had harden on it. In the corner of the closet area there was an old damaged metal box on the floor. Not sure what it was. The property outside was run down, nothing like the photo online.

We checked in around 830pm. The girl behind the counter was not friendly and at times downright rude. The pictures online were quite misleading. It looked like a decent place online but was quite disappointed when we checked in.

While the rooms seem to be newly remodeled, this is a motel with outdoor entrances to your room. For safety reasons, I don’t favor this feature. The outside of the motel is in disrepair and makes the place appear sketchy. Rooms were lovely, shower was terrible, if I wanted high pressure it had to be cold, and bedding was not clean.

Door didn't lock well and felt unsafe tv wasn't working, floor was sticky, noise from local people from gas station meters aways from the door. Room was cold, can't get the heat up. Got there around 9:45pm and checkd out 3 hours later. Couldn't get any sleep or rest so I just left. Only good things was the hot water and free wifi. Will not stay here again.

I can not believe this place is still in business. The room was so dirty and disgusting. The small room refrigerator had moldy, expired food in it. It’s is pet friendly so there was an awful smell of urine in the room. There was a yellow dried up pee spot in the bathroom. The noise level was almost unbearable and the smell of weed was overwhelming. I could go on and on with examples.

Took 40 minutes to get a room. Computers kept going down. People coming back to lobby after getting room saying there was somebody already In the room they were assigned, or coming back to lab by saying the room was never cleaned. I was traveling with a 1, and 4 year old and my wife. They gave us an “upgraded” room for waiting so long, what a pain in the bud. Girl at front counter was stressed and overworked. She was nice and did her best to help us out. Would I stay again? If I had absolutely no where else to stay, I would stay again.
