Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues
Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. Security staff followed us to our room, which felt intrusive, and we received multiple early-morning check-out reminders. The sheets were dirty, and the room, advertised as having a queen and twin bed, had a twin mattress on the floor. The space was so cramped that the person sleeping on the floor was right next to the toilet. The view was unpleasant, with buildings close by, and the noise from the nearby subway was constant. Breakfast was inadequate, offering only boiled eggs, which ran out by 8:30 despite being advertised until 9:30. The food quality was very poor. Though dog-friendly, the area lacked grass, and the only available space was covered in broken glass. The neighborhood felt unsafe at night, with a subway access route passing under a bridge frequented by homeless individuals. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. Would not recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which made our trip so much easier. The location was perfect, right next to the subway station, giving us great access to the city. Everything about our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenience!

We had a great day and the two front desk. Ladies were very helpful and guided us where we needed to go. We’re from California so that definitely helped us. Weekend trip to NY
The room was clean but very small. No room for anything other than a bed. Walls were pretty thin so i could hear the neighbors playing loud music on one side and people cheering for a football game on the other. The hallway also smelled like someone had been smoking pot either recently or in one of the rooms. The staff was very friendly and professional. The neighborhood around the hotel is pretty schetchy and I would not feel safe walking away from the hotel. They have a parking garage, but that costs extra to use.

Nice and clean very cute inside . What I didn’t like was when we came back to our room the scan part to get in the room was Broken like someone tried to break in so I was really upset about that and when I called to the front desk they said they knew and will fix it tomorrow I didn’t like that because they could have called me or told me about it before I went back to my room it was just weird and suspicious but other then that it was a good stay

Great staff. Room was small but efficient. Depending on how much activity you want at your hotel it could be really good, or perhaps too much. Sat and Sunday have brunch all day until 9pm. So lots of people were enjoying the social time in the lobby and roof bar which is great. But if you wanted a quiet evening to watch a movie in your room, you might be disappointed with the volume of the music from the 2nd floor roof top. So fun is available if that’s what you’re looking for.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Beautiful lobby, restaurant, and rooms. Do not be fooled by the surroundings. Less than a minute walk to the 4/5 green subway lines. The rooms were small, but clean and neat, with nice ammenities (coffee, hairdryer, garment steamer, etc. Joseilina at the front desk was very kind and helpful. It was also very quiet! One night the hotel was sold out and you couldn't tell. The contential breakfast provided bagels, cereal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs, and more. Would definitely stay here again!
