The channels suck. The tvs are older. The room kept getting hot so you had to keep the air on. The refrigerator never kept anything really cold. The breakfast is not good at all. They can do so much better. I love the pool and hot tube. I hate how the soap changed and no body wash.

Immediately upon checking in we had trouble opening our door. The key card was unlocking the door mechanism, however the door was sticking. We had to have the front desk lady help us open our door numerous times. Eventually after unlocking the door several times it would finally open. Hotel smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free facility told staff about my dog at check inn 4 days later they decided to say they weren’t told at check in and added 150 dollars to my stay when I told them we had said at check in he immediately tried to charge my card without my permission. Only good thing came from the cleaning staff would never stay here again

Cons - bathroom door&main door didn’t work properly and would scrape the bottom of the floor making it hard to open n shut them , microwave wasnt cleaned before we got in our room had cheese in it from the previous people , elevator by the lobby & lobby itself could have definitely been cleaner & the head board to our bed was sticky for some reason . Wi-Fi is a pain to connect to . Pros- nice beds , water pressure in shower is AMAZING , the breakfast is small but delicious. Our room was 220 and my brothers room was down the hall & it was perfect . So overall 6/10 stay I think we just got a okay room :/

The best Customer service

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time. The customer service here was exemplary. They were so kind and friendly. Very helpful about the area. They allowed an early check in and a late check out because we were from out of town and knew we had flown a red eye in. It was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time

It gives the feel of a cheap motel not a hotel

We had a total of 4 room for the weekend and one room had bedbugs. Then after changing rooms the room that they moved the kids to had some white powder all over the bed. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was leaking onto the floor we woke up to large puddle of water. Check out was at 11 however the cleaning crew was right outside the door vacuuming at 9am and making alot of noise right outside our doors. The pool was small and the tiles were dirty. The whole stay was not good. Just a very dirty hotel.
