Absolute perfect spot to freeway and BEACH without any confusion what so ever. Front desk staff super nice. Housekeeping was absolutely on top of things! Never had to ask them to do anything ❤️ even swept the sand off floor daily. Wiped down inside of refrigerator too 🤗 can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you

This is an old Econolodge Hotel with a small banner Hotel Avenida. Breakfast was a water down coffee and few bananas. The room needed fresh paint....... I will never come back

They gave me one room and it was unclean and smell like somebody was smoking weed in it so I have to go to the front desk and get another room. The second room smelled like sewer and I had to go to Walmart and buy two air fresheners and one candle to make the room smell better. The pillowcases and sheets looks like they just wash them with water doesn’t look like they put detergent or softener in the wash overall, we were stuck staying there. won’t stay there again my advice tohotel.com is to make sure you check this hotel before somebody else books it

This hotel needs to display the rightful signage. The sign fully views ECONO Lodge. When asked, desk clerk states they are working on it but OYO is who needs to be called for issues. When management decides how to move forward ECONO lodge can be a good 3 star hotel.

Not a place to stay.

The first thing was the credit card reader not operating, and then directing people outside to an atm. When i then checked in, i was told there would be $100 deposit. I wasn't paying cash, and i wasn't using a stand alone atm. They waived it in my case, but I'm not sure that was a legit charge. Second, upon entering my room i noticed that the floor tiles were broke right in front of the bed. The shower curtain in the handicap accessible bathroom was too short, causing water to run into the floor three feet out from the shower, making the floor unsafe. Third, the cost of a night in this MOTEL was unfortunately greater than the actual value of the amenities. Fourth, i cut my visit short, and they were out of rooms. As i checked out early, they certainly could've offered a refund for the night, but none was.

They wanted to charge me $250 for my service animal. Woman who claims to be a manager over 20 years named "Sally", no last name, stated that if my face with make-up was on her pillow she would charge me $50. She was trying to be intimidating. As i sat in ny car to process my experience, I went back to cancel my booking, she then trued to say in front of her co worker that she was not the one to check me in. I let her know that i was recording our conversation for my protection. I ended up leaving and drove home extremely tired. Never will i return to that horrifying experience.
