Excellent hotel
Mike the manager & Jordan on reception were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to ensure our trip was just fabulous. The hotel is two blocks from the beautiful Cocoa Beach & pier & right next door to a supermarket. The amenities pool/laundry /on tap coffee machine in reception & daily home made cookies were an added bonus. Would highly recommend this as a superb place to stay.

Avoid if you can
Our room had no heat on a cold night in Orlando. The front desk attendant admitred the room had prior issues with heat yet they booked it anyways for us. When we complained the best they did was put us in a room that had less space than the suite we originally had which caused us to be cramped . The sliding door for the bathroom in the new room was also broken. The manager was very stingy in regards to refunding us, giving us a measly 35 dollars back. Dont fool with these people.

There was ant infestation in the room so we were moved to another room with ants and was told this was the last room so he sprayed it. After midnight air conditioner started making loud sound and fridge went out ruining our food. Next day more ants and TV went out. Air conditioner replaced, fridge replaced and cord for TV replaced. Still ants and manager would not call us but offered a different room after all of this and we were to checkout the next morning. I’ve never had this many issues in one stay. I requested a refund and food be replaced that was ruined. This was horrible but the staff tried to assist and was nice
