Served a purpose but not Deluxe !!
The entrance and reception are really good and the staff helpful when we arrived also and excellent and quiet location .unfortunately the bedroom although “deluxe “was far from it . Very small room and bed and other than a small fridge and microwave very basic . There was an ironing board but it was crammed into a small wardrobe . Shower was ok but I would say they were the worst towels we’ve ever had . Breakfast was not the best either ,most of it was luke warm and the sausages were anaemic and once again very cramped around the self service area . Overall it served our purpose but deluxe it isn’t

Really nice reception area and the room look really nice inside even though it was compact. The room was freezing cold so we didn’t get much sleep, we had to sleep in our clothes and the dressing gown provided in the room and was still freezing cold. I rang down to reception 3 times and didn’t get any answer, we’re 2 disabled people who were put on the 5th floor with a bath in the room which neither of us could get inI spoke to reception in the morning about this but they didn’t seem that bothered about it.

Partially satisfied.
We had a nice stay, great location, friendly staff and car parking if needed. Restaurant was good and breakfast ok. Unfortunately for us the room we were in was quite noisy, the noise did lessen after 12 but on one of our nights something was faulty and was very noisy. Real shame because it was a nice place.

Disappointing.
Disappointing. Small room, tiny shower that was impossible to turn on without soaking the room. Average breakfast. Pool closed at 6.30 so no opportunity to use it.
Might as well have stayed at a Premier Inn.

Not a 5% Star Boutique Hotel - Not Recommended
Very bad - Hotel is not boutique nor 5-star, a very bad job by Hotels.com as I am a big user and I take your recommendations seriously, I will now have to check more or go to another provider if this is the new standard. The Hotel was unfriendly at check in, it smelt of an Indian takaway, no bar as such, no coffee shop or ammedities - also it said a Club Room, a club room is normally executive, this was like a broon cupboard - it was so bad that I checked out after one night and went to another hotel, I am expecting a full refund immediately.

Decent, clean hotel, but compact room.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good shower, and bottled water and hot drinks provided in room, plus iron, safe and TV.
The room I had was very small but it was OK for a 2 night stay but would be too small for a longer stay.

Comfortable stay near transport links
Lovely hotel close to padddington station, has its own restaurant, lovely rooms, , comfortable beds, hot shower and toiletries included.
A couple of issues fir me, the restaurant did not cater for my allergy and spa bath advertised is much smaller than the photograph and will only fit 2 people.

I arrived at the hotel just before 10:30 and after checking in I wanted to go and have a nightcap in the hotel bar but it closed at 10pm so little choice but to retire to my room.
Breakfast next morning was buffet but after being seated I got no instruction at all from the server. I only learnt by chance that I could have had an omelette made from hearing someone else ordering.
Limited choice of either continental or cooked at this was before 8am.
Upon checkout, no enquiry from reception on my stay.
I have now been home nearly two weeks and the hotel has still a hold on my credit card for £240 despite me paying in full on leaving. Called to get this removed and was told it was but cc company confirmed that it hadn’t. Rang back and left voice mail but no one contacted me back and email sent to Montcalm email account was ignored. Not a five star experience by any stretch of the imagination.
