Considering the price, I would say it was acceptable but it is clear it was a while since the last upholstery and some renovations is in need. While there was a gym, equipment (weights) were missing and machine were lacking parts. The doors didn't fully close on their own (required an extra push) and the didn't fully block out the sound from the corridor. The WiFi was very weak and lost signal once every five minutes.

Fraud

Really and very awful bad experience with staff. I was denied entry and told no booking reservation and itinerary had existed. I was told there are no record of information even after i proved it to staff on my email and hotel.com app. They said they couldnt find and then told me to leave the property. I felt they were racist and kept telling me i must pay in order to stay eben when i have a booking. I think staff were trying to fleece me. They also said i missed checking in time which was a lie.

Det føltes ganske gammelt og slitt. Døren til badet gikk ikke an å lukke uten makt, kjøleskapet bråkte enormt, safen virket ikke, kaffemaskinen virket nesten… og resepsjonisten som møtte oss fikk jeg totalt et smil av i løpet av besøket. Det var heller ikke vasket eller støvsuget under sengene på lang tid. Maten i restauranten var topp og servitøren enormt hyggelig.

Bonne literie. Petit dejeuner tres bon. Soucis à l'arrivée quand nous sommes arrivée au matin car une hotesse nous dit d'attendre 30 min pour avoir nos chambres et 30 min apres pas de chambre. Ensuite son autre collegue nous dit d'attendre jusque 15h.

Great location with easy accessibility to public transport. Room very clean and tidy, beds very comfortable, room serice daily do a great job and staff have great customer service and are happy to answer any question or help in any way they can. Its my second stay at this hotel due to its proximity to transport links and the city.

Perfectly clean and tidy. Awesome bathroom, coffee machine, loads of sockets for charging. Breakfast was great too. Would recommend for families! Very easy to get into the heart of Amsterdam in about 30 mins using public transport (10-15 min walk to station) or 10 mins in a Uber.
