Never staying in this hotel again
Beds were dirty with hair everywhere, it looked like they didn't even wash the sheets because the sheets had yellow stains . Pillows were falling apart. Shower head was rusty and handle from bathroom broken. The main door to room was problematic to lock. Book for 4 nights only stayed 1. There was cookies and crumbs in the floor inside the closet. The room had a strong odor of like a wet rag, not very pleasant.

The hotel is across the street from a very noisy dance club that is loud until 2-3 a.m. hotel had no water the first night of our stay. Another guest said that they had no water for 2 occasions during their stay. It was not a city water problem, as my friend’s hotel nearby had water.

la ubicación es perfecta esta en centro de la av 5 y esta super bien céntrica no me gusto las instalaciones huelen mucho a humedad los Banos no vienen mostrados en la publicacióny son deficientes y sucios la habitación que nos asignaron no contaba con ventana. la habitación estaba como en la foto paro el internet era deficiente de regresar seguramente no me quedaría alli el personal es muy atento pero las instalaciones necesitan un poco de remodelación o al menos la habitación que nos toco

Property is pretty rundown, the pictures on Expedia does not do justice to how really is. It is noisy since is right on 5th Ave, expect to sleep until 2am every day or so. A bit scary at first when you look at how rundown the place is, some doors looked like they were barged in. The bathroom was not clean, I don’t think the person who comes and cleans the rooms actually cleans the toilet, sink, or shower. We noticed the faucets had toothpaste stains all over, same the sink, and toilet had some questionable spots that never got clean. Light switches were dirty, bed sheets and towels stained. The staff was always friendly, and they have someone in the front desk 24/7, we noticed families and people from different places were also staying there so that made us feel more comfortable. Very close to everything, (walkable), close to ferry to cozumel, bus Stop ADO (which can take you to Coba, Tulum, Holbox, airport, etc). Walmart.

Great place for a short period of time. It’s right on the main Avenue so it does come with noise, the plus side of that is you literally have everything around you. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a tour guide in their main lobby, not part of the hotel but he was awesome, he gave us a lot of information on local things.

Arrived 2/13 for a 7 night stay. Booked on expedia. Lobby was dangerous the floor was supposed to be river rocks covered with pleiglass..only half the floor covered..and almost fell..no warnings! Room was musty and smelled like mold. Brown smear on the floor...maybe poop? No blanket or bedspread on the bed, only sheets...sheets stained with what looked like blood! Asked for a blanket and 2 extra pillows...they told us they didn't have any. Asked for our money back, only stayed 1 night because we had traveled the whole day...noisey 5th ave front window...no balconeys or windows to let in air..should not be listed on Expedia...Go far away...fast!!!

I booked this and it said free cancellation but when i wanted to check out early they wouldn't refund me anything. Lost 2 nights. I messaged them, no response. The place is not just doing “ some renovations “ its not ready to be open, holes in floors, curtains in rooms are sheer only, you cant sleep in there at all!

This new hotel is wonderful for families or business travellers who don't need to be in the heart of the noise of 5th avenue day and night. It offers the best rooms with full kitchen and living room I have seen in Playa and the full breakfast is amazing! A nice walk or a $5 taxi ride is all that’s needed to get to the beach and downtown but you also have a wonderful rooftop deck with pool if you like. A great “home base” for your stay in the Riviera Maya
