The computer system needs to be updated because the check in time was much longer than normal, but the staff made it less irritating and pleasant.

The curtains in our room had stains on them, the hair dryer vent was melted thus didn’t work, the room air conditioner was dripping loudly, the plastic bathtub walls had large cracks, the toilet seat had a orange splotchy stain on it and the bathtub faucet handle was loose and hard to adjust to get the right temperature.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I missed the breakfast the morning we checked out. I thought it was until 11AM but it was over at ten. Maybe if the times were also posted in the rooms that would be better. Nothing worse than smelling waffles and you can’t have any Also, we weren’t told about the breakfast when we were checking in I was otherwise happy with my overnight stay especially after having problems with my credit card being declined due to someone, not me reporting it lost so it was blocked. I ended up using another one I was lucky enough to have brought along. I believe her name was Latisha who handled it was very gracious. I would stay at Sleep inn again The only thing I wasn’t happy with is that early Sunday morning someone was riding what sounded like a motorcycle up and down the road beside the building, we were in room 200 facing the back, making a lot of noise

Chambre non conforme à la réservation, on a voulu me donner une chambre pour handicapé, après le changement de chambre celle ci est pire, e frigo ne marche pas et on trouve une serviette de toilette à l intérieur, la personne à la réception nous dit de voir demain matin avec le manager et bien évidemment pas de manager ce matin et la femme à la réception nous dit que c est normal la serviette dans le frigo pour éponger, sérieusement le ménage est-il vraiment fait? Par contre ils ne se gênent pas pour prendre 90 dollars de caution au cas où on fait des dégâts ou on volent quelque chose
