I wish I could say our stay was even average. However, and honestly I don't ever do the reviews, but it should be noted. I read reviews abs would want to know these things. So, we had two bookings, they put us on separate floors, sorry, but if you're traveling together wouldn't you assume you'd wanna be at least on the same floor. Then the first room, #200 my kids were playing on the floor with their toys before dinner and this is on check in night, one of their trucks went under the bed, my boyfriend fished it out along with rotten apples that were left under the bed. So, we checked the other bed... well, if you thought it couldn't be worse, that bed had a pile of dog poop and pills under it. He immediately went to front desk. We were moved. Then at the new room 402, everytime we left for the day the key cards did not work to re-enter the room. We had to get new cards everytime. We had two rooms, it didn't happen with room 400. Only 402. It was explained to me that if the magnetic strip gets rubbed it invalidates the card?!! I'm sorry what?! I've stayed in a lot hotels in my day, never had a problem with key cards?
Breakfast was ok. Not sure the man doing the food, but he did the best with what he was given. Liked that there was Dove products to use for hygienic purposes and lotion. Beds were comfortable. Pool was ok. Freezing. Do not go expecting a warm pool. It's cold. Room 400 light in entry and kitchen didn't work so it was dark at the front half of the room.
