The best breakfast we’ve had in Bali, beautiful property grounds, nice pool area, high quality and decently priced restaurant, close to drive to the beach and restaurants (not walkable though so be aware), quiet, kind and helpful staff, comfortable room. Everything was great and we would highly recommend this property.

The outside pool is beautiful. We also had a balcony overlooking the golf course which was really nice. But this doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Everything was worn out. The property needs a lot of maintenance. I would say this is a 3 star hotel at best.

The grounds were immaculate and I constantly saw staff working in these spaces to ensure the upkeep. Very quiet and safe space. Staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. My fridge had stopped working on my arrival date. I had set myself a note to check at reception next I left the hotel, before I could do this the staff called my room to check on my check-in experience. I advised re. Fridge and within 10 minutes a technician was there to check it was broken and then 10 minutes after that two staff replaced the fridge. Lovely dinner menu and great choices.

Really great hotel, fantastic staff- nothing was too much bother. Also great shuttle to nearby beaches and beach club. Good breakfast too. We had a great time. The beach club was free with no min spend with fun water activities like kayaking and great music and food as well.

The hotel’s wifi was not working in the rooms and worst, I cannot connect to the internet even when I used my own telco service. Internet connectivity is a problem in this hotel. I had to go to the lobby to use my phone 😅. if u really want to be away from the world, then I think this hotel is okay. But if u are like me who needs the internet, this is totally not acceptable! The saving grace for the hotel was the very kind and friendly staff. From buffet, lobby, cafe to pool, everyone smiled warmly and are always ready to help. The hotel also works with a lot of beach clubs so u can enjoy free entries to a quite a few nice ones. Do ask the lobby staff when u checked in.
