    Xuan Huong Lake not only serves as Da Lat’s main recreational area but also as a massive local dining hub. In the evening, dozens of stalls can be found along the lakefront, staying open until 10 pm. Certain streets around the lake are turned into pedestrian areas over the weekend, which makes it much easier to stroll around and enjoy the food and atmosphere. You can even do some shopping for inexpensive souvenirs at the same time. 

    Among the local favourites are beef rice noodles, barbecue squid, boiled shellfish, and hot soya drinks. A must-try is Vietnamese coffee served in stainless steel containers.
