Hotel was lovely. Beautiful views of the alps, convenient parking right under the hotel. Rooms were nice and modern
Verified review

8/10 Very good

New modern rooms that seem virtually sound proof. There is no privacy in the shower. The gym is lacking, but you can use another gym nearby if you want more. The location is convenient to the train station and not too far from the walking tours. Staff were friendly-ish.

Lovely views from breakfast on 15th floor. Rooms clean and well proportioned. Only downside was the constant queue at reception, but otherwise a conveniently placed hotel providing good value.

10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel and even a greater location. Staff was helpful in answering all our questions. We were given complementary city transportation pass during our stay and it made our experience in exploring the beautiful city even better. Only comment is for the limited privacy curtain for showers, which maybe bit inconvenient when staying with family. Overall, very happy with the stay and overall experience. Would definitely recommend.

8/10 Very good

It's conveniently located near the station. The staff were kind and patiently answered my questions without showing any annoyance. The front desk staff created a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was served on a high floor with a great view, and there was a wide variety of options, including plenty of fresh vegetables and cheese.

6/10 Good

Pros: has enough dedicated parking, convenient location, good panoramic view on higher floors, rooftop bar has good view of the city and mountains, front desk and bar staff are friendly and tried to be helpful Cons: the room initially provided to us was not clean, the second room has door issue that makes it hard to lock, towel seems like they can use some updating.

Beautiful views from our 11th floor room. Fast elevators. Good location for walking. Only downside is the open glass shower. No privacy at all. Makes it hard traveling as a family
Verified review

The staff were excellent, beds very comfortable and the rooms spacious. They even did us a breakfast to take away as we were checking out so early. Will definitely return!

The view from our 12th floor room was a breathtakingly beautiful panoramic view of Salzburg!
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Overall good experience. Staff were really friendly and the location was perfect. The room could have been a little cleaner, however. Windows had marks on, especially lower down which could've been from a dog. Breakfast staff were also really friendly and accommodating, some food like bacon and egg had run out and not re-stocked when we visited. They kindly made us some more bacon just for us around closing time. View was lovely throughout the hotel.
