Pros: - Friendly staff, especially the English speaking gentleman at the reception and the doormen who always rushed to hold the door for us. - Right next to the beach. The pool is also a nice alternative when it's too hot or rainy. - Reasonable breakfast buffet. Could be better but for the price I couldn't complain. - A lot of restaurants nearby that cater to international tourists. Cons: - Housekeeping didn't clean the room or toilet thoroughly. - Wifi router was above the room entrance and the signal didn't reach the corners and far end of the room. - TV was laggy and didn't have many options. - DON'T STAY ON THE 23TH FLOOR IF YOU'RE A LIGHT SLEEPER. There's a bar on the 24th floor which has music on until 12am even when there's nobody. You can hear everything from your room.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Our room was spacious, clean and nice. It was cleaned properly every day. Their breakfast was also quite good and there was a good choice of food every morning. The only bad thing was about spa. We went there for a massage but it wasn't very professional. The massager was sick but didn't put on a face mask. I ended up caught a bad flu from her and have been sick for a week. The massage technique wasn't very good either. Overall the hotel is great. Just skip the spa.
