Excellent hotel
I was happy I chose this hotel. It was near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall but was reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food was good and the room clean and comfortable.

Good value but a bit quirky
Employees were very friendly and even offered an extended checkout and place to shower and change before late night flight. The room had a light in the entrance that stays on all night as well as the cupboard light which did not turn off. Towel rail was coming loose. Good breakfast. Dinner was good as well. Appreciated the luggage storage during the day.

I want to thank the staff for the unexpected, but appreciated, room upgrade. One suggestion: there was a nice fancy coffee machine in the suite, but it was tricky to use. A print-out of simple instructions would have been great!
