浴室有臭味,儘管床很乾凈，並且浴室是新的，但是如果晚上想睡一個好覺，這種氣味是難以忍受的.空間寬敞，設有兩大型雙人床

第一次帶小孩住民宿,小孩看到房間很開心,因為有閣樓小空間及室內溜滑梯,房間整理乾淨,隔音還好,一般旅館該有的都有,地點離宜蘭國民運動中心近,去宜蘭大學附近用餐還算方便,位置在田間小路中,另外設施長使用,建議沙發可更新,冷氣要定期保養.

老闆很熱心，早餐很用心準備果然是特色！唯一小缺失是，因為小孩有過敏和氣喘，所已有特別注意冷氣濾網的清洗不是很確實，會建議老闆有空再處理一下。

環境很乾淨，早餐也很用心準備。 民宿主人也很客氣招待入住的房客。 因為入住的當天，其他房客算是家族旅遊，又有小朋友，所以有點吵，再加上每個房間都是先進的房門感應設施，一但有人進出，音樂聲在清晨時，都特別的惱人。
