Occupancy during covid is very low and you would expect minor repairs in rooms can be done. Well, Paint was coming off the ceiling in the washroom. Toilet bowl was broken. I do not expect this from Hilton and regret staying . will stay at a different hotel next time. I wonder where management is ....

We were told all the amenities were open but once we reached they said they were all closed... customer rep wasn’t friendly either

Parking sticker shock
Hotel and service was great, but when I left the parking I was shocked to have to pay $42 ( checked in at 9:30 pm and left at noon the next day). Obviously won’t stay here again when parking is being advertised for $14 a day throughout downtown Toronto.

Good enough.
Stay was average. I was expecting the restaurant to be open, since it wasn't indicated it was closed when I booked. When I arrived, the restaurant and breakfast options were not available, and to order in any foods, the delivery people couldn't drop food off at your room, you had to meet them outside. That likely would have changed my decision to stay and it still doesn't indicate the restaurant being closed. The room was good, and the view was excellent but my bed was extremely squeaky, and when it's just you and you don't want to even roll over in bed because of how loud it is, that gets to be annoying, especially over a 3 night stay. For the price, I don't know that I'd stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.
