Just okay
We arrived late, we were not greeted or really acknowledged at all. The hotel staff was not friendly and did not make use feel welcome. They seemed put out by our arrival.

Extremely Friendly Staff
The hotel staff was the best part and so extremely friendly. Attended a weekend event at the hotel and enjoyed the stay. The only thing that would be nice to have is: hotter hot tub, coffe shop onsite, and more sound barriers in rooms. There was a super loud family next to us but that was no fault of the hotel.

Great place to stay
It was a great stay. The room was clean and well furnished. The 12th floor meeting room was very comfortable and conducive to conversation. The location was close to everything!

I was originally give room 706. The heater in the room made a sound so loud that it was impossible to sleep. But the staff was very friendly and quickly moved me to another room which was great.
