    I had to switch rooms because it was not clean. It was soap scum in the soap tray and scum on the shower curtain. The continental breakfast was not designed with the customer in mind. Coffee, Tea, and Milk are the only drink options. For a guest who may want a (hard) muffin that they provide, and a cup of water or juice you will have to pay for it.😒 They are using Covid-19 as a excuse to do the bare minimum. They don't bring extra items, they don't clean rooms during your extended stay, they no longer use trash bags, and the breakfast is a joke.

    good place if concerned about COVID-19

    This hotel has taken extra care to try and help stop the spread of Covid-19. The doors to each room are sealed after cleaning so you know when you come in the room has been sanitized. They even post a check list of the cleaning done.

    Front desk clerk was rude and condescending...original reservation was cancelled 3 days before our stay through travelocity (had confirmation of cancellation) but clerk claimed it wasn’t cancelled so they were going to charge the old reservation as well as the current reservation. Clerk proceeded to argue about the situation. With the guests before me and after me, she was very sweet and nice. They even put tables in front of the check in desk so you have to reach to pass payment and ID to clerk. I was made to feel like my stay wasn’t even important - won’t stay here again! Walls are so thin, we could here guest talking/walking at other end of the hall.. very difficult to sleep with noise. Bed was not comfortable- frame made loud creaking noise just shifting on the bed..was embarrassing-neighbors probably thought there was a party going on in our room. Advertised breakfast even with covid but there wasn’t any breakfast at all. Really bad experience- won’t stay here again.

    The bedding was clean and bathroom was a nice size. The bathroom night light was a great feature. However, the property needs to be remodeled. The lobby decor is rather dark. THE MICROWAVE WAS OLD (GoldStar?) and the sofabed seemed broken - we didn't touch sofa pillows (stained), the lamp flickered and so did the bathroom wall light.

    During COVID-19, I expected and anticipated some changes to hotel policy. However, am extremely disappointed at the lack of care for visitors. With signs on the door that say “mask required” when I entered the lobby, the staff was not wearing a mask. The lady at the front desk replied, “oh, let me find my mask.” Although signs say the room is being cleaned thoroughly, the room smelled musty and damp, and the shower wall was covered in mold. The ‘grab n go’ breakfast was not sufficient to feed a 3 yr old. The pool and fitness center were closed. Traveling with a small child with no pool and minimal activities available, access to cartoons on the TV would have been helpful. TV channels included no Nick Jr or Disney Jr or PBS kids, so had no cartoons available for the night. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accommodation given the circumstances as well as general disregard for cleaning and “policy.”
