Everything was great except that our room was not ready upon arrival. We arrived after checking time. That was really the only disappointing thing. Otherwise the service, facilities, staff, and location were very good. Clean and seemed recently renovated. We would stay again if sfo came up for us again.

Beautiful Rui
It is a beautiful hotel, located within walking distance of waterfront. The free breakfast buffet was fabulous!!! Great variety--something for everyone. My only complaint is the pillows were terrible. Invest in some good quality pillows to go with all the other great quality.

Great Place to Stay
The hotel was very nice, clean, great mattresses and free breakfast was amazing with a large selection of food choices. The cost per night was very reasonable, with a great location close to the piers if you want to visit the attractions such as Alcatraz and Pier 39.

Maybe sour grapes on my part
Make sure that your reservation is correct-somehow ours defaulted to infants in our rooms vs children so breakfast was not included. There was no comp’ing, no adjustments. The breakfast is kind of a chaotic mess. It just made us feel unfavorable toward our whole week. Also, the noise through the ceiling from the floor above was nearly constant from 8 PM until 9 AM-just walking or pacing but is there no insulation? Resort fee (in general) is just a way to charge more but come up as less expensive in the search
