Friendly staff and an excellent location

Our stay at the Sheraton was just perfect! The staff was amazing! The pool was refreshing and not crowded at all (but the trip was in May). The housekeeping was always available and also very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the blackout curtains kept it dark until you were ready to face the day. The price is not always the lowest when we travel to Toronto but we find we often choose the Sheraton anyway, because it is so convenient and accommodating.
