    noisy and smell of weed.

    The room was great. The smell of weed was all over the place. Probably not exclusive to this hotel but it was nauseating and just unpleasant. The noise level in the evening was way higher than my threshold for being able to sleep. Kids running and yelling down hallway at 11:30 at night. Doors slam all hours of the night. Got very little sleep for an early flight out the next day. Will probably be willing to pay more for a place that hopefully has a bit better ventilation and sound deadening. It's a shame really because the room was really pretty darn good if that was the only aspect of a review.

    Okay

    The hotel charges a $45 parking fee and $25 resort fee. Not a big deal, but it was a surprise. Barely any parking available and the rooms were dirty. I expected better for the price. Overall it was okay.

    Reservation Handoff improvements needed

    Tried to check in but reservation through hotels.com had not arrived into your system yet. After waiting for15 for the rep that was trying to help quite a few more guests arrived so of course she needed to attend to them. In that sudden rush I'm sure forgot about me because of trying to help other guests so I decided to leave which was not completely her fault. Came back after an hour line only had 5 guests. When I got up to the rep everything went smoothe. That should have happened the way 1st time. I believe the bottleneck was the transfer of reservation plus maybe a 5% part on the rep but understandable due to the sudden arrival of quite a few other guests

    Dirty and Loud.

    The hotel was dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes. The carpet in the hallways and on the elevators was ripped and discolored. There was trash in the hallways. It was loud with drunk people coming in and slamming doors at early hours of the morning. You could hear the loud beeping of trucks backing up before the sun was up. Horrible night, didn’t get any sleep and left smelling like cigarettes. I don’t smoke. Will never stay there again.

    Worst Stay Ever

    This was the most awful stay at any hotel in my 40 years. Your staff is the most unhelpful and unfriendly of anywhere I have ever stayed. There is absolutely nothing being done to enforce social distancing, and your elevators either are not functioning properly or you need more or something. I inquired where the stairs were since the line for the elevators went out the front door and people were piling into them way beyond recommended social distancing stadards. After being lied to by your front desk staff (I was told the hotel did not have stairs, which is untrue since you are legally required to have them in case of a fire), I asked to speak to a manager. First team member apparently never actually went and told the manager I wanted to speak to her, then I asked a second person to get a manager and after waiting over 15 minutes, she finally came and spoke to me. Told me guests were not allowed to use the stairs. This is the most absurd thing I have ever been told in my life. If i so choose to take the stairs over riding the elevator I should be able to, no questions asked. To be told I must take an elevator with strangers during a global pandemic is ridiculous! Furthermore, I had to wait over 20 minutes just get a drink at your bar. It seems to me that this pandemic has made people forget what customer service is. I will not being staying at this hotel ever again on my trips to Los Angeles and quite frankly, would like a refund for what was truly the most disappointing ex

    Friendly customer service

    Hotel is nice. Specially in the lobby area, nice bar & pool. & very friendly staff! The rooms look clean but the carpet in this entire hotel is questionable, as much as they charge they definitely improve. I was placed in a “Non-smoking” room that definitely smelled like cigarettes. I called front desk and they were nice enough to offer to spray it down for me but the smell was unbearable and giving me a headache so they offered another room that looked like an upgrade and even offered a Starbucks voucher for free drinks. Overall the staff is very friendly & one day trip stay was good. Parking however is an additional $65 and it seems like they just offer it to everyone, or there’s no control of the very limited parking spaces available. We had a hard time finding parking even after having to pay the $65. We ended up having to park at the entrance curb because the small parking lot was full. Hotel cab improve in organizing and assigning parking spots for that price.

    This isn’t where you want to stay…TRUST ME!

    The entire hotel smelled of weed smoke from the parking lot to the elevator, and the entire floor I stayed on. I check in after 9 and had to check out by 1:30 because the smell was beginning to come into my room. The front desk said they send up security and kick people out but they clearly never did because when I left someone was still smoking weed.
