A nice modern hotel with a good room size. Meals are a bit hit and miss, with breakfast being incredible whereas the lunches were below average. Lots of good seating around the pools and beach, but not many umbrella's.

Nice place but has some drawbacks
Paid for ocean view room, weather was bad for first few days and when it rained the water came under the door and made a nice puddle in the middle of the room. Understood this is a family hotel but was not prepared for the number of children at the resort, especially the unsupervised ones and the screaming ones. Only two options really for meals, expensive buffet dinner or wait for two hours to get a seat at the other restaurant.

Loved the resort layout. Loved the service. People are amazing. What i didnt like was how price gauging sheraton are. Seriuosly prices in the resort are ridiculous. Dinner from one of the restaurants, 1/2 chicken and chips really nice flavoured and cooked really well, but for the life of me $58 fjd. Wow. Thats around $43 AUD. it was your normal chicken and chips. All you can eat buffet $129 fjd. Wow again nothing flash ,nice but not flash. Now in AUD thats around $99. Very expensive in the resort to eat . I recommend if you are going to stay there include breakfast and dinner in the package turns out heaps cheaper. This place is magical just needs to think about peeling back to reality pricing.
