    Breakfast

The breakfast at the restaurant, in the hotel, was not good enough for $17 powdered eggs.

    Someone hair in my bed

Everything was great until I slept in the bed and woke up with long gray hairs all over my face, beard, and arms. I didn’t say anything about it because I’m not the type who likes to cause a scene but other than that it was a good stay.

    Great vacation.

Great hotel with easy check-in. Friendly staff. Cheaper “on-site” parking just around the corner from the hotel entrance. Room was clean and staff was able to accommodate as needed housekeeping. Would recommend!!

Great Hotel, eh front desk service

Upon arriving the most friendly valets met us at our car. The place was packed. They were amazing the whole trip. After a mediocre welcome from the front desk we asked a security officer where to get a cart. He not only got us the cart he helped us to our room. Due to COVID the accommodations were limited. However, a few times throughout the weekend we asked something from the front desk they weren't very helpful. We asked about the tower attached to the hotel and she snippily informed us that she was not a concierge nor was the tower a part of the hotel. Amazing hotel overall. We will stay again but we will join their rewards first so that we can get information from the front desk.

    Spring Break trip

We enjoyed our stay in downtown Dallas. The hotel is very conveniently located. The room wasnt the cleanest and our sink would not drain properly. But service was good. Our phone wasnt working and they had a technician fix it right away.

    Not too pleased overall...

A/C didn't work in the living room section of our suite the whole time. Called for service on the first night and they came and lowered the thermostat...of course that didn't help. Our own fault for leaving them in the car, but we had a pair of Apple Air Pods stolen from the middle console by a member of the valet parking crew. This has always been one of our top two places to stay in Uptown/Downtown Dallas area, but seems to have fallen off big time over the last year. This was probably our last stay here.

Hotel is nice and connects to Reunion Tower. Downsides no daily housekeeping and no restaurants open on-site. Small store open, but very limited food options nearby. Towels and trash bags delivered to room when requested.
