Check in was awful. We came in on a late flight and were sent to a dirty room. No one helped us with our luggage and the staff was not friendly at all. The lobby was hot and humid. When we discovered our room was still dirty (hairs on the toilet and towels as well as general dust and filth) the reception desk was not helpful. It wasn’t until the manager spoke to us that we were able to change to a new room which was the same type of room. They offered no apology or amends. You definitely don’t get what you pay for here. The breakfast was good though and the dining staff was very friendly.
