Reservation Type Disregarded
Reservation was for a king room. Given an “upgraded” card and a room below Libby with two double beds and the smallest hotel bathroom I’ve ever had. Called front desk, told someone would get back to us. Never did. After an hour we gave up and went to dinner. Lots of great properties in this area. We’ll try anyone next time.

Would recommend…
Overall a decent stay. Premises was very clean. Inside of hotel is nice. There were events the entire weekend but no disturbance to our sleep. You barely heard any noise from the other rooms or people in the hotel. Only thing I can say that I was not too fond of was the squeakiness of the bed. It was pretty loud as well as the AC when it kicked in. Other than that, great location. Close to major Highway, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend to family and friends.

A nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay only had trouble getting in my room. I didn’t get in my room till after 1 o’clock in the morning because the keypad did not work on the key that they assigned to me so I had to wait till room come available and I got in my room about 1 o’clock or 2 o’clock in the morning. The staff was kind and patient and they also looked at the my every need
