Not the nicest Marriott

I stay at Marriott a lot. This hotel is quite dated, dark and needs new carpets. Even has a Marriott good member, when I asked to be changed to a new room in the morning, it took almost 10 hours to change it and several phone calls even though I was told I would be called at 10 am. For location, it’s very convenient for the French Quarter and business district.
