Underwhelmed
The hotel itself was very nice. Check in was easy and the restaurant and bar had a good atmosphere. Service was great and food was delicious. I was very disappointed in my room. As soon as I walked in, I went into the bathroom and the floor and tub and towel laying across the tub were completely soaked. There were no trash bags in any of the cans, the closet doors were jammed and wouldn't fully open. There was no air on when I got there so it was humid and sticky and musty and even after turning the air on and letting it run the whole time I was there, the musty smell never went away

Not a Marriott
Desk staff needs training. Took 15 minutes for them to figure out how to make my room key. I’m sure they’re clear on this process now, but it was aggravating. Went to the lounge to grab a beer. The bartender was inattentive and beer was overpriced. I left the property for dinner because I didn’t want a continuation of the service I was getting. Won’t be back.
