We had issues with the front desk bringing towels. We asked about 4 times I believe for 2 towels. Also there were many many unsupervised children under 14 in the pool with no supervision. Other than that we had a great time.

My stay was horrible it was throw up in the jacuzzi no one cleaned it until my cousin call y’all can look on your cameras. I called numerous times to get a refund no one called back I left so fast I left my shoe very pissed I stayed the same time last year with no problems

A little disappointed, but good trip!
The hotel was clean from the grounds to the room. The beds, floors in the room and the bathroom were all up to my standards (and they are high.) The bed was a little too firm for me but sleep-able. With all the issues with Covid19: the need to wear a mask and practice social distancing, the desk staff didn't wear masks, and most of the guests I saw didn't wear masks, this was/is disturbing. I'm from NJ, the hotel is in PA, right across the river, the writing is on the wall, we still need to be cautious, this thing isn't over. I appreciate things opening up but precautions still need to be in place so we don't have to go into lockdown mode again countywide. I think i wasn't fully informed as to how far the hotel was from where I had to go for my trip. Found out I was 30 minutes rather than the 10 minutes I was originally led to believe. Lastly, due to the pandemic, the hotel restaurant has limited hours and seating and there are NO chocolate chips cookies at check-in, So disappointed.

Downhill
So I used to work downtown doubletree and it was spectacular all around there! I have stayed at the Greentree area Doubletree before and it has really went downhill! First off we found weed in the drawer, also our entire floor smelt of weed being smoked, then the toilet has urine and some other fluids plus used tissue in the toilet! There were wild families there that were throwing trash in the hallways, running around all through the night till 5:30 am knocking on others doors slamming things! 6am that morning then very lo outside in the pool area screaming!! I Was told theRe was a store there but they are never opened! No famous cookies which was the reason I wanted Double Tree! I miss those cookies! They said that store person cooks them and one said it because of COVID but u still have food there so why would it be COVID!? I wanted a later checkout but they wanted me to leave at one even after I told them we have a long car ride and all that went on upstairs on our floor so they said 2 was final! I wasn’t happy at all and never coming back unless they make up for my horrible time there! They offered me nothing not even an I am sorry so guest satisfaction must not apply anymore . O yeah I was also pretty sure the people in the waiting area were high because the one woman came outside in the smoking area across from front door and threw up over the railing two or three time! I was happy I was leaving and normally I don’t want to leave my trips

Our event we were attending was cancelled for safety of COVID 19 and I tried and tried to contact you guys and there was no getting ahold of anyone for 2 days. I redeemed a free night for this stay!

Need a Lift?
Nice facility but they were experiencing a problem with their elevators in the main building. One of the two was not working at all. The working elevator would pause on the 5th floor for along period of time. Since I was on the 6th floor this created some inconvenience to the point that I had to take the stairs from the 5th floor along with 2 other guests. I was also reluctant to take advantage of the pool as I usually like to travel through the hotel quickly in my beach cover-up.
